Bonorong is a Wildlife Sanctuary in Tasmania with a Wildlife Hospital & 24-hour Wildlife Rescue Service. They’re a social enterprise: a little business with a big heart.

The Challenge

With a lack of tourism due to the COVID outbreak and online competition ever-increasing, the challenge became to increase Bonorong’s SEO and bring in a new audience by researching, creating, writing and publishing blog content aimed at tourists, secondary customers and those with lateral interests.

The Execution

We set ourselves a goal to implement long-form blog articles following the optimisation of key pages on the website. Auski is Australia’s oldest and longest established snow retail store opening in 1949, located in the prestigious Hardware Lane precinct in Melbourne city, Victoria. As one of the biggest winter sports retailers in Australia, they help tens of thousands of Aussie enjoy the great outdoors.

With online competition ever-increasing, the challenge became to increase Auski’s SEO and bring in a new audience by researching, creating, writing and publishing blog content aimed at secondary customers and those with lateral interests.

We set ourselves a goal to achieve a page one ranking within 30 days, to be used as an example to present to management with a goal of increasing their content marketing initiatives – which worked! Kicking off content marketing full steam ahead, Pink Lemonade wrote over 15,000 words for on-page SEO before researching and planning blog articles across 6 interest categories focusing on informational, educational and transacational content.

The Result
