Origani set the challenge to improve on their previous agencies performance and increase paid social results for eCommerce sales to a minimum of 4:1 ROAS targeting skincare users in Australia.
Facebook and Instagram paid campaigns were created with the aim of driving awareness as well as conversions from the target audience across Australia, as well as creating clear user journeys and conversion funnels. A major part of the strategy was to find and convert new audiences that were unaware of the brand. The campaigns used a range of ads including banner, video and story ads. Limited by creative, a range of ad types and media types were used to deliver results without the overheads of creating new content.
By the second month of management, sales and purchase conversion value increase ten fold, with an average ROAS of 21 to 1 with 70% off all purchases from new customers.
