The Client

Washi Gang was founded by Shannon in Queensland, Australia with a desire to bring you the best and most fun planner & journal supplies.

The Challenge

Washi Gang reached out to Pink Lemonade Social after being burnt by a range of digital marketing agencies, keen to see results for a small team; not an agency. The challenge was to improve paid social results and aim for over 4 ROAS, with limited ad spend.

The Execution

Tailored Facebook & Instagram paid campaigns were developed focusing on a range of product categories, with mobile optimised video created from static imagery, and then used across full-funnel social campaigns.

The Result

In only two weeks, the new campaigns spent $422 to generate 71 purchases, totalling $5.4k in sales; a total campaign average return on ad spend of 12.38, with remarketing ad-sets reaching as high as 21 ROAS. The success lead to an increase in budget, ads and scaling of the social campaigns. Following the success of the first month, Washi Gang signed on with Pink Lemonade, with consecutive months delivering stronger results.
