Good Games Australia approached Pink Lemonade with the challenge of driving awareness and sales for their major product release of the year, with a focus on driving pre-orders, via social media and email marketing.
A cross-channel strategy was created to drive traffic to a dedicated landing page, pre- campaign launch, to capture a new audience and allow retargeting for conversions during campaign launch. Social media video and traffic ads were created for pre-campaign, with a series of emails designed and multi-funnel social ads for campaign launch.
The two awareness emails generated above-average open and click rates (20.9% compared to 13.3%), and generated $11k in pre-order revenue.
The pre-campaign social campaigns generated a total of 95 purchases, totalling $11,600 in sales; a total campaign average return on ad spend of 29.38, reaching an audience of over 28k, with an average CTR of 5.31% and 1,706 landing page views. Signing on with Pink Lemonade, Good Games in their second month achieved even greater results with a total ROAS of 37.59 and 538 purchases, an increase of 350.
